Completely different. There are hundreds of blends available so it always depends on which one we are referring to but generally speaking it resembles more the taste of a cigar (not to be confused with cigarettes) and likewise is not meant to be inhaled.

Personally I find the aroma and the room note it leaves to be incredibly pleasant and I sometimes get compliments from passer bys even if they are non-smokers, lol. Certain aromatic blends smell like vanilla, rum, whiskey, chocolate, cherry, citrus, maple, etc.
