I missed the connecting flight with Lufthansa because their earlier flight was delayed and they refused to compensate which is against the European Aviation rules. Their customer service was in Philippines!!! for a flight from Europe to the US and they said it was the fault of a third party first. When I explained this is still Lufthansa's fault, they retracted and said there was fog. It was a sunny day! Why Lufthansa, WHY. I checked online and their customer service had only one star reviews, thousands of them. I was shocked.
