Dont agree at all, the Salafi influence is incredibly high. Look at the Maghreb with their Muslim Brotherhoods, look at the sunni population in Pakistan,Afghanistan,Iraq and Syria.

Wouldnt even suprise me if they have a big influence on AKP, but there I dont have enough knowledge to say so.

There are Radical Salafis in Turkey, one Friend of mine in Turkey told me and he said they are a lot also in the Parliament as well.

They aren't salafis and there is no salafi in Parliament that's ridicilous. Salafis don't even involve in politics they see it Shirk(Blasphemy). Salafis almost don't exist here, those who are Salafis are in hiding.

really, look at Saudi Arabia they do get involve in Politics very very Well, look at Sudan, Somalia, Egypt, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and the Aceh Region of Indonesia do get involve very well in politics.
