A girl might like to be chased, and might even have in her mind to eventually have sex with a guy but for some reason she might not feel comfortable to have sex with that guy yet. You have to respect that.

If you pressure her to have sex and you end up sleeping with her, she might later regret her choice, especially if she was drunk.

If she was embarassed about you, and you were someone she wouldn't present to her friends, she might lie about you to her friends about you, but she wouldn't actually report you for rape. She would just say she was drunk, that you were a mistake and that's all. People don't make up fake stories of rape like that, unless they seek revenge for something or are after to harm you.

If the sex was consensual and she ends up regretting it after, that's 100% her problem. The problem in this case is that women could have consensual sex, and then throw rape charges around like candy, and there would literally be nothing the guy could do if she was determined to ruin his life. Don't underestimate what women would do out of spite. That goes for pressure as well, if she was pressured into it but not forced into anything then there should be no case. Men are pressured to sleep with women by society's ideal of a man, so what? Endless amounts of excuses can come from that reasoning. If you weren't forced, it wasn't rape. That's it.

You're assuming too much. Most would indeed just forget about it or say they were drunk, but there will definitely be cases where they will be pressured to press charges. To keep face they will go through with it, women are batshit crazy as we both know.
