Don't make me laugh, maybe they are a little bit "Latin" in their driving but nothing is comparable to MENA.

East Asians are considered the worst drivers in the USA hands down, MENAs are bad especially with road rage. Not sure about the others.

I know people (including several relatives) who drive through LA traffic, and they're very good drivers who and they drive FAST, especially the ones with beemers, lexus, or audis. But they drive safe and not recklessly.

I've lived in a few southern European countries and never had problems getting from one end of the zebra crossing to the other. Traffic lights and signage were also respected.

My dad used to work as a truck driver and he always complained how Southern Euros drive like idiots. Traffic is much smoother in Sweden, I guess.
