    Only fitter in terms of being skinny, but the workout gym culture there is pretty sad. Hasn't really taken off in the mainstream yet. But it's increasing.

    I think Europe is still the "fittest" place, in terms of not being fat or too skinny, but having a decent amount of relatively in shape people who exercise.

    One of the main reasons is because they were broke and starving under Chairman Maos regime. Now that they're prospering they'll be giving Americans a run for their money in the waist department.

    Nah, most people there are still scrawny compared to Americans. But yeah there is fast food everywhere over there now, you do see more fat people, especially in Northern China, which is like the Midwest of China, you see a lot of people who don't have sophisticated palettes, eat junk food, drink alcohol all the time.
