Why do us men want to be left alone after sex?

What is the reasoning behind us wanting to be left alone or we feel disgusted with ourselves for a brief period after sex? Any explanation?

it is similar to when you are hungry and crave for a certain food lets say a burger and fries . and then you eat it up and maybe eat too much and are full . then imagine someone comes up to you and puts a burger with fries in your face and asks you if you want to eat it . you will say "man go away leave me alone I cant think of eating right now" and the food even though you love it will be undesirable at that moment
