Anyone try this?
Obviously they're lying about the 10 minute part, since to get best results you should do 3 workouts (30 minutes of exercise which is recommended by any doctor, but you will get them with one).
Anyways, I don't like free weights because I bulk up like a guy and that's not sexy lol. Plus, I'd just rather work out at home than the gym, since it's hard to motivate yourself to go to the gym (or for a run outside) when it's snowing and -30. I'm going to try this and would like to know if anyone has experience with it.
I'll start it and then share my results.
