    Default 10 Minute Trainer

    Anyone try this?

    Obviously they're lying about the 10 minute part, since to get best results you should do 3 workouts (30 minutes of exercise which is recommended by any doctor, but you will get them with one).

    Anyways, I don't like free weights because I bulk up like a guy and that's not sexy lol. Plus, I'd just rather work out at home than the gym, since it's hard to motivate yourself to go to the gym (or for a run outside) when it's snowing and -30. I'm going to try this and would like to know if anyone has experience with it.

    I'll start it and then share my results.

    I actually prefer gym than working out at home. I just finished my work out at home 5 min ago, and I need to say, dont know the reason, but working out at home its way more difficult than going at gym. I prefer gym because they got all the stuff there, machines, etc...but when I'm doing it at home, its so annoying,...you need to check the timer always (gym not always since you're moving all the time lol, at least I dont check the timer there), you got no gadgets...and I dont own so much space in my own room to do the exercises. Garden its OK, but spanish people gossip a lot and my neighbour (an annoying 19 years teen who lives in Madrid but comes here with parents to spend weekend) stares at me...and I hate that. At gym they usually do not have time to stare at ..hah.

    Anyway, I'd like to be able go gym everytime I'm in the mood...because gym is kinda far away from my place and I hate the road we have here so I dont like to take car that often.. but yeah.

    Today I had 5 min warm out and 30 min of work out (pred. for abs)...and maybe its my fault because I want to do them fast, I did it so fast, now I'm...exhausted lol.
    I also try to eat as many veggies and avoid fat. Lately I've been drinking lot of milk tbh, ate more veggies and ate less meat than I usually did. I do smoothies and milkshakes a lot..my breakfast usually is salmon and Philadelphia cheese with a glass of milk and some cereals. I've never been a thin girlie,...I've always been like a fit one..who likes to eat and move a lot.

    I feel good but..I'd like to work even more on abs especially and maybe butt.

    Definitely better to work out at a gym, no doubt, unless of course you´re a millionaire with your own personal gym. Even a bench, chin up bar and assorted dumbbells are not even nearly enough for a satisfying home workout

    Problem is with a gym it takes a couple hours to get a decent workout. I don't have time for that all the time due to my schedule at work (when the gym closes at 8).

    So I've been working out at home.
