The high indian iq in america could be due to indians coming from really high castes here, but if we look at UK, they roughly had the same IQ as whites. The indians in UK are majority middle to low castes from northwest india such as punjabis and gujaratis. They had slightly lower IQ than the chinese, but they had the same IQ as whites at 100. The reason chinese have higher IQ in UK is the same reason why indians have higher IQ and income in america. the concept of brain drain/selective migration explains those IQs of indians in america and chinese in UK.

Anyways the variation in IQs or physical strength could be partially genetic, not denying it. But it can't be more than say 10-20% of the effect. Majority of these things are environmental based.
