South Asians obviously, and it's based on my personal exmperience in real life. East Asians, espicially the Mongols, are robust in contrast to other peoples of Asia and just as robust as west asians. Arabians though tend to be smaller and leaner than say Persians or whatever.

it is well known in boxing circles that weak chins are genetic and cannot be changed through diet or training. you cannot alter your suseptibility to a ko if you a born with a weak chin

East asians, they are physically weak but intelligent

This is a baseless stereotype propagated by movies, tv shows, etc. When one looks at East Asians (particularly Chinese) in historical context, we see that they have proven to be more than capable warriors by successfully withstanding the onslaught of various Turco-Mongol waves since the time of Xiongnu. When a small branches of these Steppe confederations broke off and migrated to Europe, they caused havoc and subdued eastern, central and south-Eastern Europeans (Huns, Bulgars, Avars, etc) while being a tiny minority.

I only see "white warriors" in movies. When one travels to Europe, he witnesses that majority of men are tall ectomorphs with weak torsos and long legs (to run away).

We also have modern evidence in the form of hand grip strength which is a good measure for overall strength. And average East Asian hand grip strength is on par with Europe/North America. Given that East Asians are shorter, and Europeans have gained more stature in the last few hundred years following industrialization, it is prudent to assume that in the old days Europeans were much weaker than East Asians.
