A "morally superior" man wouldnt need a god to tell him how to live and neither a set of rules to tell him what is wrong or right. He'd know it instinctely and naturely. Which in turn makes Islam, Christianity and Judaism somewhat of an excuse for the weak minded and willed for their own incapability to be a decent creature. Animals, for example, know it by instinct. So it just makes me shake my head, when some Imam or priest claims them to be inferior to us.

He just refuses to kneel down and shove his own responsabilities onto a supposedly higher being then himself. It doesnt mean, he wouldnt know his place in the world, but actually exactely the opposite. He would constantly strive to be his best, just as every other animal would, which actually wouldnt invoke the need in him to destroy, but rather create and care.

I'm absolutely sure this way of thinking is as old as humanity itself, if not far older.

TBH it depends on how religious they are. European Muslims who are practicing and into their faith would be seen more as MENA than European in most respects. True Islam is quite anti-Euroepan in values (if you equate European with Christianity), so from a cultural level they are absolutely not white.
