In the strict notion of nobility, only the first male inheritate the noble title. So I let you imagine the number
About 2,000 families according to the ANF (Association de la Noblesse Française).

5-6% is a probable number, as in Hungary it was about 5%.

Maybe 10% or a bit more.

Names like: Brankovići, Vukovići, Vilići etc.. still exist in Bosnia.
You're forgetting all the people who have "Beg" in their name. Exactly the same behavior as all "nobles" of the 18th/19th century in Europe.

Where do you find the number of hundred of thousands? Seems very high?

To be noble you must have Turkic blood, otherwise it doesn't count in reality in a historical sense.
Modern Anglo-Saxon supremacist white racism tried to change that a bid but in historical depth, that doesn't change.

Uncivilized Varangian Rus tribes adopted a Khazar dissent as leader and made him their own Kaghan during 8th century, that's how Russian state (Rus Kaghanate) was born.
Chinese still claim that their best historical dynasty, the Tang was started by assimilated Turkic people.
Hungarians were a Uralic people not so outstanding, like Mordva or Udmurt, if they rose to power in the middle of Europe it's because a Turkic noble class ruled them.

Not to mention the high nobility lineage of Ottomans and Seljuks; Ottomans Kayı clan Oğuz and Seljuks being Kınık clan Oğuz.
Or how Iran was ruled 1000 years by Turkic noble classes.
