I always get a sizeable portion of North Euro on these gedmatch kits, and yet in 23andme my European side is almost entirely Iberian with sprinkles of Broadly European and Eastern Europe (mainly balkans). My spanish ancestors on my mom's side were brunette/blonde with colored eyes, and my dad's side were brunettes with blue eyes. Is this possibly why (as in possibly higher levels of European HG blood compared to your average med)?
