Regulations in Portugal treat vaping as bad if not worse than tobacco. They completely destroyed the vaping market in here unlike in the U.K. which is a pity because I liked it. Nowadays you must have a "laboratory" at home if you want to vape in here because you have to buy all the components separately to create your own e-liquids, be it the propylene glycol, vegatable glycerin, nicotine, flavours, etc. I don't have time or mood for that.

You have to realize that I come from family of doctors, so you know my attitutude towards smoking. This step is the complication of the life of smokers, I understand them. From the government, this is a strict measure, but it is aimed at preserving the health of the nation, I approve this step in the long term. Here the vaping is forbidden partly, it is forbidden to vape near residential buildings, municipal institutions. Last year I was at a concert and there were a lot of 20-year-old guys who were vaping a lot, they did not tolerate the heat and crowd pressing. It was evident, they felt heavier physically than me, the 30 year-old grandfather (in their classification). Thus, the vaping is definitely not good for health.

Yeah, I get it. Ideally the best is to not smoke, no doubt. I've transitioned though to pipe smoking (which means I don't inhale it) and I do it usually only once a day when I arrive home from work since one session of it might take from 20 to 45 minutes.

As for the topic's question, yes I would date a smoker.

What effects does it give? Do you relax in this way? I'm interested in the physiological effect on the body.

I was dating with a smoker, but it's better to date with a physically healthy girl. As far as I know, female ovules do not regenerate.

Pipe smoking is more like sipping a whiskey or other beverage you like. It is about the taste since you're not meant to inhale it. Kinda like smoking a cigar. Cleaning and maintaining the pipes, packing the bowls and getting a good ember going, combing out ashes and relighting/repacking, it's all kind of pleasant if you can sit and spend a little time enjoying it. It's not like a cigarette for a two minutes fix, it doesn't work that way with pipes.

Also pipe tobacco is made of natural and coarse tobacco leaves, nothing else. It doesn't get the addictives and chemicals that cigarette tobacco does. If you ever had the chance to be around a pipe smoker you probably have noticed that the aroma is completely different. I wouldn't encourage you or anyone to start smoking or consuming tobacco related products anyway.

My partner doesn't smoke or drink by the way.

It reminds me of the ritual my grandfather did when he was shaving. First he was mixing the shaving foam, he used to smear it on his neck slowly, and then carefully shaving the hair around his neck, he had a shaving machine like one they show in old movies.

    Good advertising for vaping.

    Mine neither.
Vaping is meant for people who are hooked on cigarettes or nicotine. I don't get people who start vaping without ever having had a nicotine addiction.

A ritual, that's the word I was trying to find on my head previously. That's pretty much what pipe smoking is.

Only if the girl has some serious qualities, otherwise smoking is a big No.
