Turks speak a Central Asian language and practice an Arabian faith. They are not Europeans.

I am not sure about your point otherwise then. Nobody will see a European as an African. Is this thread making a point about arbitrary boundaries? Because of course it is true that borders of countries are literal societal constructs that are generally agreed upon.

I suppose, I am an American and do not see myself as European. As for Hungarians they are Europeans and not much different from their Indo-European brothers in Europe.

Since when is European a race,, it refers to people from the Europe continent.

White race is other called "Europoid race" and allude to the European nations with caucasoid look. How can Kazakhstan be considered as European, populated by hard majority Mongoloid ancestry people, and with dominant Y-DNA "C". I don't think that is needed to put them among Europeans in any sense, even geographical.
