As some have said, its absurd to talk about "brazilians" when a brazilian can be 100% european and a brazilian can also be 100% Sub Saharan African.
If we talk about averages for those population (which wouldnt represent the majority of the brazilians) Probably Brazil and PR are around 20-25% Sub saharan african.
I guess USA is around 15% Sub Saharan African on average with all the blacks and caribbean latinos living there.
Brazil is more similar to Cuba than to Puerto Rico. PR is very homogeneous with most people scoring very similar ancestry. In brazil you have every extreme plus all the intermediate mixtures.
Also some regions like south brazil (lots of whites and quasi whites) would be inexistent in Puerto Rico.
