So in close family that's make 4 brown eyed individuals. So it's probably only one of my parents that carry the "light" allele.

My maternal grandparents gave birth to ten children (grandmother was blue-eyed, grandfather brown-eyed) and despite the theories about the recessiveness of blue-eye inheritance nine children out of ten (including my mother) were blue-eyed.

Your particular case doesn´t invalidate the theory.
