Restaurant Chain Fires Illegal Aliens in Minnesota Restaurants

Chipotle Mexican Grill said on Thursday that it had fired a substantial number of the 1,200 employees at its 50 Minnesota restaurants after a federal immigration audit found some were illegal workers.

Though I feel an employer should have the right to terminate an employee for "good reason", those Mexican American workers who were legal residents, should not have been fired so hastily.

I see a class action lawsuit ahead for Chipotle.

In San Antonio every other low-end worker is illegal no matter the industry. Police are told in San Antonio to not arrest/detain aliens when pulling them over because the jails/public system cannot handle the cost of processing them. In San Antonio every other driver has never taken driving courses or drivers ED and has no drivers license and never will. No insurance. And 30-40% don't even speak English.


When I worked at fast-food as a teenager the Mexican grill guy would steal bacon slabs from the freezer and they let him get away with it because he worked whenever they wanted him to and for less.

This was at one of the largest fast-food chains in the world (Wendy's) so you can imagine how far the problem goes. Numerous poor Americans are put out of work by illegal aliens and everyone just assumes that they are legal because they work for such large entities.

The Target stores in Texas lock the illegal aliens inside a few hours after closing once the white workers clock out so nobody will see them and they work them super hard, basically getting five hours of work from them in just a few.
