Hinduism is very much the same as neo Paganism.

It's a folk/ethnic religion practiced by millions of Indians of the subcontinent. It predates the Abrahamic religions, does not worship the God of Abraham, and doesn't actively try to recruit or convert non-believers.

There are also 1000s of different sects, some of which are monotheistic although if you interpret it correctly you'll see the millions of different deities. Which is why i consider it pagan.

Also, I think the person you should refer to for this topic is Else Christiansen, who founded the Odinist Fellowship here in the states.

Else Christensen (1913–2005)[a] was a Danish proponent of the modern Pagan new religious movement of Heathenry. She established a Heathen organisation known as the Odinist Fellowship in the United States, where she lived for much of her life. A Third Positionist ideologue, she espoused the establishment of an anarcho-syndicalist society composed of racially Aryan communities.

Born Else Ochsner in Esbjerg, Denmark, Christensen developed her anarcho-syndicalist sympathies while living in Copenhagen. From this position she moved toward the Strasserite National Bolshevik faction of the National Socialist Workers' Party of Denmark, which brought together a far right emphasis on race with a left-wing approach to economics. In 1937 she married fellow Danish Nazi activist Aage Alex Christensen, however because of their National Bolshevik allegiances they were placed under heavy scrutiny amidst the German occupation of Denmark during World War II. After the war they moved to England and then Canada, settling in Toronto in 1951. Corresponding with various far right activists, she came upon the writings of the American far right ideologue Francis Parker Yockey and the Australian Odinist Alexander Rud Mills, both of whom had a profound influence on her.

I am not in favour of non-whites practicing European paganism, I prefer pagan tribalism, since the possession of a strong cultural or ethnic identity, united under the same ties ancestors, makes the person feels more tied to certain values, culture, history and affection than in a multicultural environment universalist.... And with it the society will always be more cohesive and stronger ...

Asatru is not the religion of the Nordics, nor the Germans, much less the Vikings, is the Nordic expression of Indo-European religion, since we all come from the same trunk (Celts, Slavs, Greeks, Germans, Romans...), where the same gods are shared (although with different names) and the same features, the same circular vision of the world, the same triad, the same rituals, festivities and offerings ...

Asatru = Indo-European Religion adapted to modern times.

I haven't heard of any non-Germanics practicing Asatru though.
The Roman religion and also the Greek is too contaminated by oriental cults, Mirtra, Isis, Osiris, besides the orgiastic ceremonies of Cybele and Atys, in the final stage of Roman paganism, it retained little of its beginnings, remaining only as a religion of an empire.

Asatru and Rodnovery, are currently the most pure European religions, without oriental or semitic contaminations ...

If they want to embrace my people's gods, clearly it must mean they see value and truth in them, and as far as I'm concerned, that's the most important thing.

I d'ont care, but these people should honor the traditions of their own ancestors instead of looking for those of others. I am not offended, but it is a little stupid. Every people has an inheritance, and it is the duty of the descendants to preserve it.

The people that practice Christianity genuinely believe it. The impression I get with paganists is that they are mostly LARPers who are just wasting their time when they could be doing something more productive. To be honest actually, I don't really think it's a waste of time, but I can see why one would think they are which is why I said that.

The problem with the ancestors rhetoric is that our ancestors have had many religions. Yes, I had Baltic Pagan ancestors, but many of my ancestors in the last 5 centuries were Catholic, others were Lutherans, some Germanic Pagans, I even have a couple Muslim ancestors. And this doesnt count the long lost, forgotten religions of my undocumented, lost prehistoric ancestors.

Someone who follows a religion "because my inheritance" does little more than pay lipservice to it, and is no better than the cultural cafeteria catholics they claim to be differant then.

A black man who whole heartedly loves Perkūnas, knows his Dainas, sacrifices to him regularly, and follows his example piously, is more valuable to Romuva than a Lithuanian who could care less, and only follows because "muh ancestors"
