I'm not Catholic, though my Irish ancestors were. The IRA is just giving the British a small taste of what they gave us for centuries.



No, because the Irish had an advanced (for the time) civilization. The Indians and Aboriginals were essentially throwing sticks at each other when the Brits showed up.

When I was young, we had an old Scottish neighborhood that decorated the front gate of our house on St. Patrick's Day with some kind of Scottish Orange Order stuff because my mom was Irish.
