I have gotten drunk but mostly when I was younger. I don't remember being drunk in 2017 per example and I drink wine almost every day, mostly one glass or two at dinner. When socially I drink more than that but until I get "happy", not necessarily until I am drunk and semi-inconsciente of what I am doing. I would say that I know my limits plus I don't really like the feeling of being loosing my senses and especially not hangovers.
