    I classify countries culturally. Hence France is Southern European even though it's geographically Western because they're Romance-speaking Catholics.

    Most of America is not culturally Mexican. Some parts of the Southwest near the border and some neighborhoods in big cities.

    That's it.

    The vast majority of the Midwest and East is culturally Anglo.
