Yeah I know could not believe it. I still have them in my head though. If I read it I remember most of it. When I was about 9
years old my Mom bought me a puzzle map of the USA and I memorized every state capital in a few days.

It's amazing how much you remember as a child. You haven't thought of something in years but when there is a trigger, be it a note of music, suddenly everything is back in your head again!

I collect strange things. One of my more morbid collections is the false teeth of patients who have died. That is, of course, if the family doesn't want them for some reason. I took my first set about 8 years ago. I have full sets and plates.

Another collection is strange things that come out of people, at the moment limited to gallstones. I like them. I'd like some kidney stones too but since they get blasted with ultrasound they usually come out in very small fragments.

I posted pictures on the forum a couple years ago but many people were offended by it.

I have my mom's appendix in a bottle somewhere, and then all my milk teeth.

My husband has a rather weird habit. He collects empty sugar packets. Not just any kind, THESE specifically...


He has thousands and thousands (literally!). I'm not sure what he plans to do with them, but he's been collecting them for years. He puts them in a bag when they reach 100, and then that bag gets added to the rest of the collection. His wallet is full of them, his bedside drawer is full of them. The whole house is full of them!

Getting back to my husband's bizarre habit of hoarding empty sugar packets....

This is what his bedside drawer looks like...



This is just one of the large bags containing dozens of smaller bags containing empty sugar packets. The bag was so damned heavy I didn't want to risk pulling it down for a photo. But you get the idea....



There are everywhere you go. On the bathroom floor, on the lounge floor, on the kitchen floor. And it is sacrilege to throw even one away!!! I've already been sternly told that the sugar packets are "OFF LIMITS!!"
