He was leader of Serbs on Kosovo, unknown attackers killed him (drive by) while he was going to office apparently.

It's emergency situation in Serbia.

Situation is already very tense down there.

The attack is going to heighten ethnic tensions in Kosovo. Apart from that I doubt that anything else will happen.

And how do you know that the authors were Albanians?

We don't know the background of this story. So, no need to involve Albanians.
I don't know who killed him but actually exactly in these days, there is a terrible war between different mafia groups from servia and Montenegro.

Yes he was probably killed by Serbian Mafia, there was no logical reason for Albanians to kill him.

But anyway, this will increase tensions between Albanians and Serbs no matter what happened.
