Long story short, so and so wasnt who so and so said they were anddddd it makes sense that Medeterranean DNA keeps showing up in such large amounts in some DNA tests Ive taken. So, im a large part Italian, ancestry wise, from Northern Italy. Probably from some Italian coal miner, with some Middle Eastern ancestry, most likely Jewish.

I have some confirmed Italian ancestors from the 1600s, but the Italian probably either immigrated from Fascist Italy, or after the war. Im no historian, so I have no info on the waves of Italian immigration during the 40s-50s.

ummmm lets just say there is some jewish from crypto-jews but the big ass fuckin chunk of Med kinda had me askin questions and I got an answer that I wasnt expecting.

Well it was a great-grandparent and I get 8%-30% usually from Italy, Spain, and Greece.

So, interesting development. Turns out my great-grandfather was apart of the Legione SS Italiana during WWII. Did some grisly shit too, apparently. Moved to Argentina after the war. I have all of his immigration documents and everything. Pretty interesting guy, extremely intelligent. Even looks like me, which honestly weirded me out to see my face in full SS garb. He held the rank of Untersturmführer, which Im assuming is an officer.
