irish travellers are genetically unrelated to the roma but belong still to the roma nation because they adopted the flag and the anthem, and they identify as gypsies. they also make same politics in UK they are called gypsies and irish traveller council. so culturally they are roma and belong to roma nation but genetically they are unrelated. but austrian roma are not irish travellers, they are roma.

yeah i know, but their language has some roma words in it too, so they could be part roma origin, from roma in ireland.

the people in the video are not yenish though. and its obvious they are roma, they dont look german but also not as dark and indian as serbian roma. i know only two austrian roma, though, probably there are some who are as dark as serbian roma but on average they are "whiter".

True, I wasn't talking about the people in the video. The other user just mentioned Irish travellers so I was saying there is a German equivalent. I think most Western Euro countries have an Irish traveller equivalent in addition to Romas/Gypsies.

ok. i thought you meant they must be yenishe. the yenishe are of celtic origins.
