    I completely forgot about lip thickness, true. What is important is convex upper lip (skin part) and of course protruding. Generally alveolar proghnatism in Amerindian and Asians is ugly.

    It is not true alveolar prognathism, but an overbite (incisors not meeting edge-to-edge). It is a deformity which nearly all modern people have, caused by chewing food which is too soft. In her times it was rare, but since she was a noblewoman, it is reasonable that she ate softer food than general populace.
