    Yea but most people happen to have a mealplan to be able to know if they are calorie deficit, why would anyone count every meal as they make it.

    I just roughly counted it with my gained knowledge at that time. It's not so hard really. If you have a basic knowledge over what you eat, it's not impossible. I did it easily.
