Weren't there slaves in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Uruguay? I never seen any of them who are black admixed (despite the ones with recent african/haitian immigration)
I mean, I've seen few black uruguayans, but they were mostly of Brazilian descent

They exist in chile but they are very mix similar to Afro-Mexicans if not a lot more mix and less ssa, they just make such a small percentage of their overall population

Indeed they are, I met a few here, they work in civil construction, some did some jobs in our house, they are good people.

Most people from Tijuana were born in some other Mexican state. I agree Haitians would face more racism in other parts of Mexico were the locals are natives .
