Some west African countries like The Gambia and Senegal are friendly countries too, but I can't say about their neighbors.

It depends on the type of Black-American. I'd keep the pro athletes and a few of the actors and the musicians.

The educated professionals (PhDs, lawyers, accountants, etc) are better off in Africa, as are Arab- and Iranian Americans (better off in the Middle East).

True since Arabians don't like their educated young to migrate or else their respective countries would suffer massive brain drain as in the case with Egypt and Jordan.

Ideally Europeans should go back to Europe, and North America returned to the Brown Amerindians who are the true natives of the Continent. Blacks should go developed Africa, however they can stay because they were imported against their will to the America's.
