The results aren't exactly purely white but they're better than any other spic group. (Except for Spaniards themselves.) The median is about 94% white. The non-white ancestry is Native American moreso than SSA, which I found surprising.

but 36% white is not even alot, compared to the rest which r mulattoes and blacks so, i think 36% is perrfect

Do you think Santo Domingo overlaps with Santiago de Cuba?

I never been to the DR but, when I was in Santiago de Cuba, a lot of people looked mulatto or full SSA with a white minority and I think Santo Domingo is similar.

I always thought Santo Domingo, Santiago de Cuba, and Salvador(Brazil) had similar demographics.

Havana City has more whites, probably 40% of the population. I think Havana City is similar to Rio race wise.

I dont trust any "white" Cuban to be fully white, he or she probably have either 10-20% of native american or african admix, just as same as AfroAmericans are NOT FULLY BLACK, but in fact MIXED with whites.

Research shows that almost every AfroAmerican has at least 5-10% of white genetics, while many of them have up to 40% of it, majority of AfroAmericans have 20-30% of white genetics admix, IMO same analogy is with "white" Cubans.

iv been to both guantanamo and santiago

santo domingo still has a little more Full SSA's than east cuba but its pretty on pare yeah

problem is DR doesnt have any full colonial whites, they do not surpass more than 1-3%, the minority white dominicans r like me (quadroon, off whites, and light skinned tercerons) about 15% no more

eas cuba still had alot of pure whites, i saw about 20% of their pop in the east
