Dont be fooled for the low % in 95-100. We didnt put NEA (northeast african) in European ancestry but the truth is that iberians score some of it. Cubans score more NEA than other latinos, i think they descend from canarians.

Certainly very high for Latin America - higher even than Argentina. Still, not as high as the Anglosphere, it seems. What percent do you think are fully Iberian, including the Canary Islands?

I compared gedmatch cubans with gedmatch iberians and around 20-25% of the cubans could be full iberian.

Regarding Cuba/Argentina comparison, most argentines from gedmatch are living in Argentina and are being tested for USD 99 in a Santa Fe lab. Most cubans in gedmatch are miami cubans who happen to be a wealthier and whiter cuban subgroup. I dont think both sample are comparable, but i still think cubans are VERY european.

Yes, several users here have said that Cuba experienced essentially a white flight and that it is far less white today, so you're probably right.
