This is a eurodance song that was influenced by what was called "hyper techno" in Japan. Hyper techno was a crossover between eurodance and early 90s hardcore (aka "techno" aka "rave").

This song has the high tension vibe of the Japanese economic bubble era, even though it was released in 1993, the year after the Japanese asset bubble burst. I think particularly the "WOO" sample is peak bubble era.

This song is actual "hyper techno". It was produced by Italian eurobeat producers for the Japanese market, even though the vocalist is black.

John Robinson, who was a resident DJ at the Tokyo clubs Juliana Tokyo and Velfarre, also produced hyper techno, and he used to play both eurodance and hardcore songs during the same sets.

Around 2005, the hyper techno style was revived in the form of TechPara, which was a modernized crossover between eurodance, early 90s hardcore/"techno"/"rave", and eurobeat. Hardcore-style orchestra hits are the signature sound of TechPara, and TechPara also makes heavy use of "WOO" samples. TechPara songs frequently follow the eurodance pattern where the verse features male rap vocals and the chorus features female vocals.

"Buchiage trance" was the Japanese name for Hands Up, which was kinda like the 00s version of eurodance:

This video contains two of the early big eurobeat hits in Japan (Try Me and 太陽のSEASON by Namie Amuro). Both songs are covers of Italian songs that were produced by Dave Rodgers, the inventor of eurobeat. Namie Amuro later turned into a typical evil J-pop lady, and her other songs suck, but these early songs produced by Dave Rodgers are still the best.

(I know that none of these songs are strictly eurodance, apart from maybe the first one, but they are representatives of Japanese genres that were influenced by eurodance or that are similar to eurodance.)
