Kazakhs have dominant Mongoloid Y-DNA but large Caucasoid mtDNA and large Mongoloid mtDNA
Kyrgyz have dominant Caucasoid Y-DNA but large Caucasoid mtDNA and large for Mongoloid.
About the same really although there are other studies that shows Kazakh, Kyrgyz around 60-70% only
I don't think Y-DNA have anything to with autosomal DNA.
The Chadic people of Cameroon are the most blackest skinned negroid looking people I've ever yet their their Caucasoid Y-DNA is 92%. It's amazing how a people who look more Black than even African Americans have more Caucasoid Y-DNA R1b than anyone in the world. Although they are 7-9% Caucasoid genetically.

I know that Y dna is often not conected with autosomal.
I saw a lot of Kyrgyzs with caucasoid influence but I'vee saw very few Kazakh with caucasoid influence, few Kazakhs with caucasoid infuence probably have recent Russian admix.
Blond or red hair among Kyrgyz children is not so rare, and that is not case with Kazakh children. Vast majority of Kazakh children are born with black or dark brown hair.
