Zeus. He had to, in order to be the leader of the Olympians. Contrarily to the Disney's version depicted in your avatar, Hades wasn't jealous of the status his little brother enjoyed and pretty much stayed in the underworld, minding his own business.

So what would happen if Hades rebelled?

1)AFAIK, there are no stories depicting Hades rebelling himself against Zeus. However, there is one where Athena, Hera and Poseidon teamed up and nearly overthrew Zeus... if the Hecatonchire Briareos wasn't around to help him out...

    2)I guess so...

In Greek mythology, Hekatonchires were not robots, lol. They were hundred-armed giants with fifty heads who had the same parents as the Titans. They helped Zeus overthrow the latter by throwing mountains at them. After the Titans were defeated, Zeus gave them the task of being their jailers and watching over them in Tartarus.

Do you have any idea why Zeus was worshipped in Greece while Hades (Serapis) was worshipped in Egypt , could it be for a reason Egypt is a desolate and barren territory implying a Hades dwelling place?

What is this, children at play?
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12

Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.
