Vienna, Prague or Budapest ?

19th century Architecture is kinda kitschy (speaking of Hungarian art noveau). I love it btw. Kitsch is generally eastern atribute.

Funny how Stears loves it very much.

My problem with Budapest is the streets are very dirty, Prag and Wien are more cleaner. I'm sure the reason why Stears is so obsessed with Buda is it was the home of hungarian nobility just like nowadays the elite lives here.
