I've never beem to Vienna, but I'd love to. I'd vote for Prague if I have to pick between Prague and Budapest.

Visit Prague for beauty, Vienna for culture and Budapest for atmosphere.

Vienna is most classy and most boring of the three. Prague is most visually stunning and most crowded, and Budapest is most exciting, and at same time most chaotic.

I voted Budapest and with some admitted bias , I have family there still and had some very nice times there.
Its a beautiful city and especially at night.

I spent 2 months in Vienna and actually met and married my wife there so it also has significance for me.

I stayed 1 week in Prague , its a physically beautiful city but was very full of tourists when I was there, I liked it but I had better times in Budapest and Vienna.

I agree Budapest has atmosphere, for me it has a certain vibe that is hard to explain , the city has soul.

Yes, it is very sexy city. Only one where you feel anything can happen. It is full of hidden places, nightlife, it has wounds, even run down/ghetto like parts, than it's grandiose and elegant.

For that reason it's absolutely my favorite
