Not with those clothes for sure, but i think he would still be off, he and East Africans in general don't look like ordinary mulattos (West African + Iberian)

Yep maybe if someone put him in modern western clothes. Maybe not among the ordinary mulattos but I think he can pass among the triracials (Iberian+SSA+Native American) as he also have a lot of MENA blood.

judging his pheno, maybe hatless, and less beard, yes. If I saw him this way, it would be clear he is "arab"
But he can pass in Brazil.

That's interesting. Yes agree with your reply in the part I bolded.

In Brazil if he dress in western style clothes and no hat, would they think he is pardo/triracial? Also can he pass anywhere else in the region like in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Colombia?
