None of this matters it is still easier for a white man to succeed in the 1st world if they try, no one to blame but their-selves for failure. Nothing is more disturbing to me than a white man that is trashy and having a hard life. They have been given great opportunity in the 1st the world. If they could not use that opportunity for success they must not be very smart. Minorities could not even go to many public universities 50 years ago, so I understand why they are behind. No excuse for a white male.

NO, not all people from Latin America are "third world hordes". I refer with that term to scummy people who immigrate to better countries to work the least possible, to live from welfare, having many children, not getting adapted to the host country, and in many cases commit felonies.
Mostly Euro descent middle class Venezuelans who emigrate to other countries are very hard working and educated people (in most cases professionals) who integrate well where they go, and don't suppose any problem for the host countries. There haven't been complains against them by most people from the host countries where they emigrate. Most of them don't fit the stereotype of the typical third world parasitic scum that people complain about.

This seems oversimplified and disingenuous. While on average a white person in developed countries on average may have it easier than people elsewhere or people who are not white in developed countries, the most important determinant of one's success is your family, if you are from a single parent household, and your particular circumstances. This is more important than ethnicity, skin color, any of those things, for determining eventual success. Those who are born in poverty, regardless of race or ethnicity, are likely to remain poor.
