Paul Martin who is Acadian has Amerindian Y-DNA haplogroup, C3b.

    Haplogroups of Canadian Prime Ministers:

    John A. MacDonald R1a1
    Wilfred Laurier R1b1a2
    Pierre Trudeau I1
    Joe Clark L2
    Jean Chretien R1b1b2a1a
    Paul Martin C3b
    Stephen Harper C2b1a3
    Justin Trudeau I1

I1 of the Trudeaus is apparently disputed, some claim they are R1b:

But others claim they are descended from Etienne Truteau with I1:

I included Canadian Athabaskans in that run, but my algorithm preferred Choctaws for them. Those extinct tribes near the Great Lakes in Canada were related to Choctaws, so it makes sense.

East Indian means someone from India. It's used to differentiate between West Indian.

Trudeau's 5th great-grandmother Antoinette "Nonio" Clement, was the daughter of a French father and an ethnic Malaccan mother, which makes Trudeau the first Canadian Prime Minister to have verified non-European ancestry.

West Indian = Native American? Or someone from the western part of South Asia?

But that's reliable enough, if based on results of at least few relatives.

Joe Clark has a Y-DNA haplogroup which originated in India, and he descends from British elite. I don't know whether British elites have actual Indian ancestry, or only his relatives did.
