For a change, I chose population size instead of territory as a criterion.

I divided Europe into 4 parts with roughly equal population size each:

    1. North-Eastern:

    Kazakhstan 2.7 (European part)
Russia 112.1 (European part, no Kaliningrad)
    Ukraine 42.9
    Belarus 9.5
    Finland 5.5 (with Aland Islands)
    Georgia 3.7
    Moldova 3.5
    Armenia 3
    Azerbaijan 9.9

Total - 192.8 million people (or 182.9 without Azerbaijan)

    2. North-Western:

    France 66.6 (without Corsica)
    United Kingdom 65.1
    Netherlands 17.1
    Belgium 11.5
    Sweden 9.9
    Denmark 5.7
    Norway 5.2
    Ireland 4.8
    Iceland 0.3
    Jersey 0.1
    Isle of Man 0.1
    Guernsey 0.1
    Faroe 0.1
    Liechtenstein 0.1
    Andorra 0.1
    Monaco 0.1

    Total - 186.9 million people

    3. Southern:

    Turkey 10.9 (European part)
    Romania 19.9
    Greece 11.1
    Serbia 8.7
    Bulgaria 7.2
    Bosnia 3.8
    Albania 2.9
    Macedonia 2.1
    Kosovo 1.9
    Cyprus 0.9
    Montenegro 0.6
    Italy 59.3
    Spain 46.4
    Portugal 10.3
    Malta 0.4
    Gibraltar 0.1
    San Marino 0.1
    Corsica 0.3

    Total - 186.9 million

    4. Central:

    Germany 82.8
    Poland 38.6
    Czechia 10.6
    Hungary 9.8
    Austria 8.8
    Switzerland 8.5
    Slovakia 5.4
    Croatia 4.3
    Lithuania 2.9
    Slovenia 2.1
    Latvia 2
    Estonia 1.3
    Kaliningrad 0.9
    Luxembourg 0.6

    Total - 178.6 million people

Finland always included with the Russians. I wonder why. Well, looking at a map, Finland is very hard to reach compared to other European countries. Norway is too actually.

Because their Finno-Ugric cousins live mostly in Russia (many of them Slavicized of course):

I even wanted to add Estonia to NE part, but then Central would have not enough people.

I would add West Belarus and West Ukraine to the central part as well.

But then I would be accused of being a Polish imperialist / nationalist.

Equal population size in each of 4 parts (each has between ~180 and ~190 million people).

I tried not to split countries, except for islands (like Corsica) or enclaves (like Kaliningrad).

Yeah. I also was thinking about that. Still they (alongside Hungarians) are the only Uralics who aren't seeing their language replaced by Russian. And it is political. Russia only tolerates those languages if they don't harm the dominance of Russian. And if Finland were to aid them financially in getting school material, Russians would be very aggressive to Finland.

It's geopolitics of course. Still one reason why the country itself wouldn't agree with such division.
