Can you divide Europe in 4 ?

Let's pretend traditional European regions don't exist and Europe is divided into four main quadrants (SW, NW, NE, SE) by pure geographic criterium. This isn't a topic about cultural/historical/genetical divisions.

How would you draw a map ?

SW: Iberia, South France, Sardinia, Malta, San Marino, Switzerland, Italy, Austria.
NW: UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Ireland.
SE: Greece, Balkans, Romania, European Turkey, Cyprus.
NE: Baltic countries, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine etc.

Geography is useless.
Europe should be divided as such:

1. Indoeuropeans.
2. Pre-Indoeuropeans.
3. Post-Indoeuropeans.
4. Recent Non-Indoeuropean immigrants.

I agree with this map, I would do probably a map more or less same as this one.

It felt weird to divide Europe into only four regions. I feel like it should be divided into at least 6-7 regions.

Guys (Linebacker & Robocop), isn't your eastern European region too big ? It isn't very geometrical.
I'm more in line with Mingle's map, but it is really hard to make decent one, indeed.
