British people look old generally except the Irish , a lot of them are baby faced. It's largely due to urbanization and interclass marriages. A lot of America is mostly English and Irish and both either look old or babyfaced there isn't a whole lot of middle ground. Australians also look very baby faced because of this mix. Canadians somewhat but they are more English and Scottish.
Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.
Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.

I have receding hairline although I am only 20 lol.
However, some people still think that I look younger than I am.

Well, 1800s folk did look older, especially in rural areas where working from dusk till dawn was often commonplace, and combine that with fathers who enjoyed hooch and cards, and you've got a moneyless half-starved mom and kids ready for tuberculosis, etc., plus premature aging, of course.
