I'm more surprised by the lack of German, considering that there was substantial German immigration to Norway during the Late Middle Ages and the Early Modern Era. On the other hand, Polish seems way too high, unless this is some ancient shared ancestry, like for example Corded Ware.

In general there was a lot of immigration to Norway after 1300 AD, as Norwegian user Evon on another forum wrote. That's because Norway suffered a large population loss during the Black Death. British-Irish admixture in Western Norway is also mostly post-1300 AD - from Scottish immigration to Norway. Only minority of this admixture dates back to the Viking Age (from British slaves).
