On my paternal grandmother’s side they were Jewish from Eastern Ukraine who converted to the Greek Orthodox Church, in fact my great-greatgrandfather was an Orthodox Priest and when they found out he was actually Jewish he escaped. His descendants (incluiding my grandmother) became atheist (and communist as well).

On my paternal grandfather’s side: Spanish, just normal catholics.

On my mother’s side (Italian and Swiss): the Italian women in my family were fervor catholics whereas men were skeptical about the church. The Swiss were random catholics.

I also have a paternal great-greatgranmother who was Danish and Lutheran.
