The French for the perceived sophistication above everyone else, mostly Parisians from my personal experience though.

Had some backlash with some Portuguese people because of a certain cultural animosity some of us have towards one another's nations, Brazilian immigrants to Portugal tend to be pieces of #@&* rejects so I can understand the Portuguese point of view, the problem is that I have never been to Portugal and this happened in Britain.

Otherwise, they're all about the same to me.
