I can actually relate these comics to myself Anyway, i don't think what people talk here is what we know as arrogance. I wasn't thinking about Finns (i don't have much experience with them) but other NW Europeans like Germans and Dutch (not all ofc), at least what i observed is how often they talk about themselves and love to bash others, it's a very childish and repulsive trait, nerds with no friends also do the same.

Chinese people are also very arrogant, might be the most arrogant people on the world, and it's cancerous. Japanese people on the other hand are very humble, being humble is in their moral code.

French people are usually seen as the stereotype of arrogant and snob; however this thing many times is overexaggerated, expecially in American movies.
