Estonians consider themselves superior to Russians (meanwhile they are a dwarf compare to them but that's a different issue)
Poles: my experience is mostly from forums, racially superior to everyone
English: the same as above, plus they consider themselves noble

I don't actually have such experience, which I why I didn't vote for that in the poll.

Finnish Swede has been rude and mean to me for no reason. She didn't like one of my threads about birth control, so whenever she sees a post of mine, she makes some comment about "fat Americans eating hamburgers"

Please don't cofuse arrogance with rudeness. I like her personaly.

Just to remind you, some nations are very rude without being necessary arrogant, while others can be well mannered and incredibly arrogant at the same time. It is not the same.

Even though I can be pretty arrogant sometimes, I am quite sure that Portuguese are probably one of the least arrogant people in Europe. Portuguese people as a collective are often very pessimistic and don't have a very high self-esteem so you hardly will see them thrashing others abroad or acting with superiority. Most likely you will see Portugueses being self-critical about themselves instead.

With that said, I have many friends and colleagues that work in tourism related jobs. By far the number one ethnic groups that get the most complaints for being rude, arrogant or unpolite has got to be the Israeli and French tourists.

Dutch and British tourists are usually the most chilled out and friendly.
