It sounds like Lithuanian to me but it could also be Latvian or Estonian. I could be wrong ofc

Exactly. It sound like Hungarian (same accent) but foreign vocabulary. It isn't Hungarian. Stears claim it is Latin language

I would rather think Estonian.
