One is racist.. In the sense that maybe Gracile med and berid physiology is not well successfull for sports

Short people can excell in football though.
The Portugueses are not bad at it.

Generally speaking the Iberians aren't much interested in athletical performance.
Though they are richly endowed with snowy mountains they never reap a single medal in the Winter Olympics.
This year Portugal has sent to Korea only 2 contenders (Liechtenstein: three!)

Curiously Spain too has one of the lowest Olympic gold medals ratio for europe.

Probably near to second lowest if we exclude Serbia, that is recently Constituted (with reason) and Ukraine too that is quite recently Constituted as their medals in past are counted under Yugoslavia and Urss
